Can I return an item?

Of course! We do exchanges & color swaps. If seeking a refund, we must have the un-damaged product sent back within 30 days.

When will my item(s) ship?

We pride ourselves on our quick shipping times. All orders are shipped out the next business day. Orders before 4PM MST Monday-Friday are shipped out same day! (Excluding out of stock/pre-order items, and orders on holidays.)

Videos show how long lasting your cosmetics are, how would I get the makeup off of my face?

Although Miss Outdoors Makeup is long lasting & smudge proof, all our products remove easily with soap.
